    Title: 工作壓力與員工偏差行為之研究

    Abstract: 面對市場激烈競爭與顧客至上意識高漲的時代,服務業第一線員工被視為高度情緒勞務族群。過去研究顯示高度壓力的工作,導致負面的工作結果,例如降低健康、幸福感、工作表現、低度組織公民行為。在壓力管理的相關研究中,探索工作壓力的負面影響,深具管理實務意義。本研究以資源保存理論為論證基礎,探討員工作壓力與偏差行為之關係,期對旅館業管理先進有所裨益。
    本研究針對三到五星級飯店員工進行問卷調查,發出 150 份,共回收有效問卷 103 份,回收率約 68.67%。迴歸分析結果顯示假說成立,工作壓力可解釋偏差行為9.1%的變異量。
