    Abstract: 近年來,老宅重生成為了主流趨勢,然而這種現象在台南更佳的明顯,老宅可以說是台南的經典代表,本研究為探討台南老宅民宿的市場定位與經營。台南可以說是一個充滿古蹟文化的魅力之都,許多台南的民宿業者,為了想保有老宅的原貌,將老宅作些許的翻修,不但保留了當地的文化特色,也希望可以藉此讓外地遊客更了解台南的老宅文化,老宅改建計畫也結合了新時代的文創藝術,在民宿內舉辦活動,街訪鄰居住客皆可以參加,凝聚彼此之間的感情橋梁,互相做交流,放緩腳步,感受老宅的歷史和這裡的人情味,是民宿業者最想帶給顧客的感受,滿意度和忠誠度也會因此而提高,他們用一顆熱情的心和永續經營的方式,將這個舊城特殊的文化傳承下去。
