Abstract:	一例一休政策衝擊勞動市場，可能增加廠商生產成本與人力調度，而其中為了因應急單而有加班需求的製造業，成為衝擊最大的產業之一。因此本研究計劃將利用差額變數模式之資料包絡分析法（Slack-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis；SBM-DEA），探究「一例一休」對晶圓製造業經營效率之影響，藉此探究本國生技廠商之經營效率，以提供相關單位參考依據。
