Abstract:	光碟片在個案公司生產過程是從 PC 原料於射出成型部門加工開始，直到成品包裝完成，射出成型加工技術是現今生產光碟片產品唯一最佳的方法，其高度自動化的生產模式，不但縮短了製程時間，加工技術及參數的改進更進一步提升了產品的產量與品質。本個案研究透過實際實驗與收集數據，並利用灰關聯分析法(grey relational analysis)、渴望函數(desirability function)及信號雜音比(signal-to-noise ratio)等方法分析，找出光碟片於射出成型加工部門的機台參數最佳組合，以提升個案產品之品質。
