    Title: ZnO-TiO2 混合型半導體氧化物製備防曬乳液之研究

    Abstract: 本研究用含浸法製備不同比例的ZnO/TiO2之雙金屬氧化物做為防紫外光的材料,實驗中採用兩種不同的含浸方式製備防曬樣品,其中一種是將Ti(OC3H7)4溶液含浸在ZnO上及另一種則是將Zn(NO3)2溶液含浸在TO2上,再將所得的雙金屬氧化物經600℃~900℃煅燒即為防曬乳液的材料,所得的材料樣品用XRD及UV-Visible 鑑定其物性和防曬效果。 XRD結果顯示,煅燒溫度在600℃~800℃,主要是以wurtzite結構的ZnO、銳鈦礦(anatase)、金紅石(rutile)結構的TiO2為主和少量的鋅鈦酸(Zn2TiO4);煅燒至900℃後,則主要是鋅鈦酸(Zn2TiO4)。此雙金屬混合物對200nm~400nm的紫外光(UVB:290nm~320 nm;UVA:320nm~400nm)有良好的吸收度。當煅燒溫度到900℃時,ZnO和TiO2轉變成cubic結構的Zn2TiO4,其對光的吸收範圍擴展到200nm~420nm,對紫外光及部分短波長的可見光都有吸收的效果。
