    Title: 石墨烯轉印於軟性基板上特性穩定性探討

    Abstract: 石墨烯為單層碳原子以 sp2形成蜂巢狀之晶體結構,是最薄與最堅硬的奈米材料,具有良好的電導性、優異的電子傳輸特性和透光性與高電子遷移率,可應用於奈米電子元件、透明觸控螢幕、光電元件、複合材料、儲氫材料等。石墨烯具有優異之物性與電性,近年來可撓式基板應用領域廣泛,應用在光電及電子產品須具備高透光、導電佳、可彎折之特點,本專題研究使用熱化學氣相沉積法成長石墨烯於銅箔上,並以蝕刻液對銅箔進行蝕刻,再以濕式轉印法將石墨烯轉印至可撓性 PET 基板上,製備成具可撓性、高透光、導電佳之石墨烯/PET(Gr/PET)薄膜材料。以拉曼光譜光譜儀、紫外線/可見光分光光譜、掃描式電子顯微鏡、原子力顯微鏡、接觸角測量儀、霍爾量測儀等進行品質、光學特性、電性及形貌等特性分析。結果顯示,以硫酸鹽蝕刻液轉印石墨烯之ID/IG 值約為 0.88,I2D/IG 值約為 1.23,透光率為 96.62%,片電阻為 290 (Ω/□) 。以硫酸鹽蝕刻液轉印石墨烯品質與電性穩定較佳。本研究可應用於轉印大面積之石墨烯/PET 薄膜材料,改善石墨烯之製程與應用性。
