    Abstract: 本研究主要在探討如何藉由提升 LED 封裝膠的散熱能力,藉以進一步提升高功率 LED 的散熱能力。而具備高導熱效果的 LED 封裝膠主要是在傳統 LED 封裝膠中均勻摻入具備高導熱效果的石墨烯,藉此提供一個除了高功率 LED 支架外的散熱途徑,讓持續產生熱的LED 晶粒溫度能進一步降低,以提升其效能及使用壽命。本研究將使用熱阻量測系統與紅外線熱像儀來分析摻入不同濃度石墨烯的 LED 封裝膠所提升的散熱能力差異。
