    Abstract: 「實習」之主要目的是幫助實習學生自職場情境中獲得真實經驗,將所學理論結合實際情境之現象脈絡,以利了解兩者間之差距,減少實習學生在真正進入職場後所可能產生的現實衝擊,亦是學生銜接就業的重要橋樑,可避免就業時所面對學校所學的理論與就業職場的落差。而透過幼兒園提供的場域,讓學生有機會將在學校所學的理論與知識,運用在真實幼兒園教學的情境中。而實習經驗中,除了教學之外,學生對於幼兒保育與照護之能力更是需要被評估,綜合上述,發展一個針對幼兒教保實習的經驗量表有其必要性,故本研究將分析現有的文獻,歸納出幼兒園教育實習的實習表現的概念與架構,並以此架構發展出幼兒園實習課程之實習經驗量表,藉以評估學生在幼兒園實習之表現,以及專業能力之發展。
