Abstract:	本文提出利用溝通字卡進行老人照護應用，並提出溝通介面改成老人照護之客制化設計及規劃。透過專家訪談與訪視長期照顧中心，建立專屬於高齡族群的替代性溝通系統，並匯入英文、印尼話、越南話加值圖卡發音，使外籍看護與雇主之間的溝通問題能有效改善。最後再透過專家操作後的意見回饋。
