Abstract:	生物技術是二十一世紀最受重視也最具潛力之新興科技，近幾年來台灣與世界各地其他先進國家一樣，均將生物技術視為科技發展重點。本研究計劃建構適切之三階段差額變數模式之資料包絡分析法（Three-Stage Slack-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis；Three-Stage SBM-DEA）與 Malmquist 生產力變動指數(Malmquist Productivity Index；MPI)，藉此探究本國生技廠商之經營效率與生產力，以提供相關單位參考依據。本研究計畫之研究對象為96家上市與上櫃的本國生技醫療廠商，研究期間涵蓋2014年至2016年。實證結果顯示:1.上櫃生技醫療廠商投入需減少的比重低於上市公司；產出需增加的比重則高於上市公司;2.研究發展費用需減少的幅度最小;3.外在環境因素並非影響本國生技醫療廠商經營效率之主要因素;4.本國生技醫療廠商之生產力呈現逐漸上升之趨勢。
