    Title: 咖啡渣製備炭化固體酸的研究

    Abstract: 廢咖啡渣經由不同的碳化處理以增加其表面積,再經由不同硫酸濃度在高壓斧中於200℃處理2h後,經過濾與乾燥即為碳化固體酸觸媒。製備所得之固體酸觸媒樣品,用XRD、UV、TGA等儀器進行物性鑑定,並用乙醇與乙酸的酯化反應,作為化性測試反應。由XRD結果顯示,廢咖啡渣在500℃~700℃的溫度下碳化,其XRD圖譜並沒有顯著差異,在2θ=23o及43o出現繞射信號,分別為非晶型的碳及晶型的石墨(graphite)的特性波峰。廢咖啡渣經碳化及硫酸做酸化處理後,UV的測試結果揭示,廢咖啡渣經500℃~700℃碳化再硫酸處理後,在波長250nm處,出現明顯的UV吸收信號,為-SO3H的特徵吸收,可證明-SO3H成功地接到碳化廢咖啡渣上,其信號強度隨硫酸濃度而增強。活性測試結果,這些碳化的固體酸對乙醇與乙酸的酯化反應都有不錯的催化活性,在83℃下,轉化率可達~97%。
