    Abstract: 本研究主要利用硝酸銀與聚乙烯醇製備聚乙烯醇/硝酸銀金屬螯合物薄
    膜,再經各種不同還原方法來製備導電性聚乙烯醇薄膜,並探討硝酸銀濃度
    、還原劑種類及濃度、還原時間、熱處理時間及溫度等因素對薄膜導電性的
    影響。這些還原方法包括熱處理法、化學還原法及逆置換法,將薄膜中的銀
    離子還原成銀形成金屬化導電性薄膜,經由四端子方法量測薄膜表面電阻之
    變化,還原後的薄膜,其表面電阻約為100~102Ω/cm2 左右,藉由電磁波遮
    蔽效果的測試結果在30-1500 MHZ 下,其值可達30dB 以上,可以吸收或反
    射掉99.9%電磁波。另外也進行還原前後機械性質之探討及以X-ray 繞射儀
    進行還原後測試片表面成分之分析探討。
