    Title: 二氧化鈦薄膜摻雜一氧化矽之濾藍光研究

    Abstract: 本研究已製鍍出具有濾藍光功能之抗反射薄膜濾光片,是以電子槍蒸鍍法製作
    多層二氧化鈦(TiO2)和一氧化矽(SiO)混合膜與二氧化矽(SiO2)膜之光學薄膜,並製
    鍍不同比例之TiO2 和SiO 混合單層膜,探討其光學與機械特性,以此找出混合膜
    之最佳製程參數為混合比例SiO 18.9%、TiO2 81.1%,用以設計與製鍍抗反射光學
    多層膜,達到在藍光區吸收較大之濾藍光抗反射薄膜,得到藍光區最佳吸收與綠、
    紅光區最佳穿透,完成於基板兩面製鍍此抗反射光學多層膜,藍光區波長450nm 左
    右穿透率已降至65%以下。本研究中薄膜的光學特性經由穿透光譜及橢圓偏光儀加
    以判讀,表面粗糙度則由原子力顯微鏡測量而得到。
