    Abstract: 隨著高功率LED 近年來技術的快速發展,具備高效率、節能、使用壽命長等優點的LED 已經逐漸成為照明技術中最重要的光源。而隨著LED 照明技術逐漸往高品質照明的方向發展,具備高演色性的白光LED 技術,也成為近年來白光LED 重要的發展方向,其中藍光晶粒搭配紅、綠螢光粉的技術,已成為目前高端產品照明產品的重要方向。但是這樣組合將造成白光LED 螢光粉間的自吸收效應,進而降低此類白光LED的亮度。本計畫提出了一種全新的同心環形封裝結構,該結構將紅色螢光粉及綠色螢光粉以環型結構分開,進而減少自吸收的效應並提升使用紅色螢光粉及綠色螢光粉的白光LED 之效率,使得這種所提出的新型同心環形封裝結構能有更高的光輸出,並且有較佳的演色性。
