Abstract:	本研究目的是企圖找到評估一所幼兒園的品質時要注意的地方，研究問題有二，其一是決定幼兒園品質的因素是哪些;其二是如何知道幼兒園中所代表的高品質。研究方法是量化與質性資料的收集與分析，問卷訪談與觀察三所不同的幼兒園，含一所公立幼兒園、兩所私立曾連續多年獲評鑑績幼的幼兒園內的老師與園長，研究結果產生一份自我評估表和發現學習環境、教師理念與對幼兒發展與學習的知識，以及互動的關係，研究的價值在於提供幼兒園園長或老師在情境脈絡中能夠做專業的成長，提升幼兒園的教保品質。
