Abstract:	本計畫的目標在於整合本校電子系多位教授的研究專長，結合矽格公司專業封裝測試廠的實務技術，共同致力於研發適用於自動化測試設備的多通道電源供應量測模組。為了符合公司的開發目標及時效，本計劃設計製作一雙通道電源供應量測原型模組，進行各項功能測試，並與相關設備連結，俾利進行整體系統的測試，進而降低生產的成本。
