    Abstract: 本研究主要是針對幅射型配電系統電壓控制,以最佳化技巧協調變壓器有載
    分接頭(OLTC)、調壓器分接頭設定與無效功率補償器,以改善電力品質。應用
    混合差分進化法(HDE)設計一個最佳化過程技巧,探討配電系統饋線上調壓器與
    無效功率補償器安裝位置,並且協調配電電網中變壓器OLTC、調壓器設定與無
    效功率補償器,使有效的維持良好供電品質。文中以輻射型配電系統為例,並且
    透過本文所提出的分析方法驗證,發現電壓調整裝置及無效補償器不僅可以較經
    濟方式安裝,並有效提供穩定電壓。
