    Abstract: 電路板蝕銅廢液、鋼鐵酸洗廢液、廢氫氧化鋅是工業廢棄物,利用價值低。本計畫擬使用化學共沉法,利用此廢棄物,製成具有開口空孔的銅鋅系鐵氧磁體粉末,以作為化學合成反應的觸媒用。此粉末再經含有導電劑及潤滑劑的樹脂塗布,即得粒徑為50微米左右的球型粉末,供給影印機及雷射印表機使用。 本計畫的特點為所使用的原料為工業廢棄物,計畫內所欲開發的鐵氧體觸媒粉末及印表機用磁粉,均屬國內使用量很大、尚無法自製的高科技產品,另一特點為使用聚苯乙烯(PS)奈米球和共沉物一起煆燒,PS奈米球被燒去後,所留下的空洞變成具有開口空孔的鐵氧磁體粉末。這項特性作為印表機磁粉使用時,可以使表面所塗布的樹脂,從此空孔滲入粉末內部,使磁粉變成半陶瓷質、半樹脂質的粉末,增加磁粉的耐衝擊性,延長磁粉的壽命。
