    Abstract: 本研究是採用氮化硼(BN)與高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)粒子經過粉末混合,小型混練和熱壓成型製得導熱性高分子複合材料。研究氮化硼用量對熱傳導係數及熱穩定性的影響。研究發現,隨著填充料用量的增加,熱傳導係數也隨之增加,熱分解溫度則大幅提升。填充料體積百分率用量為40%,熱傳導係數達0.81 W/m·K,是基材高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的2倍多。此外,使用大粒徑氧化鋁和小粒徑氮化硼混摻填充料能獲得更高的熱傳導係數。在體積百分率用量為60%,熱傳導係數可達1.49 W/m·K是基材的5倍。
